At Get Maho, we are committed to providing the cleanest, highest-quality protein products possible. For the safety of our customers and the integrity of our brand, all sales are final. Please review the policy below:

Final Sale Policy

  • All protein powders and consumable products are final sale.

  • Due to strict health, safety, and quality regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened products.

Refunds & Defective Products

  • Refunds are not offered for reasons of taste, personal preference, or change of mind.

  • Every batch of Get Maho is 3rd-party tested for purity, heavy metals, and safety before leaving our facility.

  • In the rare event that a product appears damaged customers must:

    1. Contact us at [getmaho@gmail.com] within 7 days of delivery.

    2. Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue, including the packaging, product label, and lot/batch number.

    3. Do not discard the product until reviewed, as we may require additional evidence.

  • If inspection confirms the product is genuinely defective, Get Maho reserves the right to issue a replacement product (same item only) at no additional charge. Refunds will not be provided.
