Watermelon Bellini

Ingredients:

1 Scoop Get Maho Fresh Watermelon Whey Protein 

3 Cups of diced Watermelon

2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

2 Tablespoons Sugar

1 bottle sweet sparkling wine, (Club Soda or Sparkling White Grape Juice for non-alcoholic)

 

Instructions:

1. In a blender combine Get Maho Fresh Watermelon Whey Protein, watermelon, lemon juice and sugar. Process until smooth.

2. Place in fridge until cold

3. Pour about 1/4 cup of watermelon mixture into a glass

4. Top with sparkling wine (Club Soda or Sparkling White Grape Juice for non-alcoholic)
