Tropical Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 scoop of Get Maho Mango Pineapple and Watermelon Splash Protein

1 cup oat flour (or regular flour)

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk

1 egg 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup crushed pineapple or chopped mango

Optional: Coconut oil or butter for cooking

 

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, whisk together the protein powder, oat flour, and baking powder.

2. Add the almond milk, egg, and vanilla extract, and stir until smooth.

3. If using, fold in the crushed pineapple or chopped mango.

4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with coconut oil or butter.

5. Pour batter onto the pan and cook pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

6. Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup, extra fruit, or a dollop of Greek yogurt
