Tropical Protein Energy Ball

Ingredients:

1 scoop of Get Maho Mango Pineapple, or Watermelon Splash protein

1 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut butter, almond butter, or cashew butter)

2-3 tbsp honey or maple syrup

2 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds

1/4 cup dried fruit (mango, pineapple, or coconut)

1/4 cup coconut flakes (optional)

2-3 tbsp water or almond milk (for consistency)

 

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

2. If the mixture is too dry, add a little water or almond milk to help it come together.

3. Roll into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).

4. Store in the fridge for up to a week for a quick, grab-and-go snack.
