Thank you for choosing Get Maho. By purchasing a subscription from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Billing & Payments

When you subscribe, your payment method will be charged automatically at the selected interval (e.g., every 30 days).

You authorize Get Maho to continue billing this payment method until you cancel your subscription.

If your payment method fails, your subscription may be paused until payment is successfully processed.
2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time after your first order.

Cancellations must be made at least 3 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

3. Pausing or Skipping Orders

Pause or skip anytime. You can pause your subscription or skip an upcoming delivery at any time from your customer account or by contacting our team.

Changes take effect for future orders that have not yet been processed/billed.

To guarantee the change applies to your next cycle, please submit your request at least 3 business days before your next billing date.
4. Refunds & Returns

All subscription orders are final sale once processed.

We do not accept returns or refunds on opened products due to health and safety regulations.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at getmaho@gmail.com for a replacement.
5. Changes to Subscription

You may update your subscription preferences (flavor, frequency, quantity) at any time before your next billing date.

Any changes made after billing has been processed will apply to the next cycle.
6. Pricing & Modifications

Get Maho reserves the right to adjust product pricing, subscription discounts, or shipping costs.
