Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 Scoop of Get Maho Whey Protein (flavour of your choise - Pineapple Mango or Fresh Watermelon)
Frozen or Fresh Mangos
Fruits of Choice
Milk/ Water/ Oat Milk/ Almond Milk
1 Cup Ice
1/4 Greek Yogurt


Instructions:

1. Gather all the ingredients and measure them for easy blending. If using fresh mangoes or other fruits, peel and chop them into smaller pieces for smoother blending.

2. Pour 1 cup of your chosen liquid (milk, water, or milk alternative) into the blender. This helps the blending process.

3. Scoop in your whey protein (Pineapple Mango or Fresh Watermelon flavor).

4. Toss in the ice cubes and 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt for a creamy texture.

5. Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds or until smooth and creamy.

6. Check the consistency. If it’s too thick, add a splash of liquid; if it’s too thin, add more fruit or ice. Taste and adjust if needed.

7. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed (e.g., add honey, maple syrup or agave).

8. Pour the smoothie into a glass, garnish with a slice of fruit or a sprinkle of chia seeds, and enjoy!
